What happens after I request an advance?
If you have signed up for an advance and successfully entered in your bank information, you should receive an email with the subject "Lyric Financial Bank Verification" regarding bank verification for your advance. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder just in case the email got delivered there instead of your inbox. If so, select the bank verification email and click "Not Spam", which will allow future messages to get through.
How long will it take to verify my bank account?
Within 1 - 2 business days after requesting an advance, you should receive two micro-deposits in your bank account. Once the micro-deposits are visible in your account, you have 5 business days to complete the verification process before your request will time out and be automatically canceled.
Why does the verification link say "Not Ready"?
There is a link included in the "Lyric Financial Bank Verification" email that will take you to the page to verify your information. If you click this link before the micro-deposits have been sent out, you may be directed to a page that says "Not Ready". If you are directed here, wait until the micro-deposits are visible in your account and then click the link again.
What do I do with the micro-deposits?
Once you receive the two micro-deposits, click the link in the bank verification email and enter the micro-deposit values to complete the verification process.
How long will it take to get my advance after my account is verified?
After you verify your bank account, the advance will be processed and deposited within the 1 - 2 business days.
Why does it say my verification has timed out?
If you receive a notification that your bank verification has timed out, you will need to request the advance again. If you received two micro-deposits from the previous request, ignore these and wait for two new micro-deposits to appear in your bank account. Enter the new micro-deposit values when you go to verify your information.
