In order to verify your bank account, you will be sent 2 small deposits that will be used to verify your account. This page displays because the two micro-deposits have not been sent out yet. After we send the deposits via ACH, you will receive an email with the subject line of "Lyric Advance Bank Verification". If you do not see the bank verification email in your inbox, please check your Spam folder just in case the email got delivered there instead of your inbox. The link in the email will lead to a page where you can provide the two amounts. When you receive the two amounts in your bank account, the link should work as intended and you'll be able to confirm your bank account.

Wrong Banking InformationIf by chance you entered the wrong bank information, it usually takes 3 business days for the transaction to be returned to us with a message of why the transaction failed. We will stay on the lookout for a return, but in the meantime, keep an eye on your account.
My Bank Verification Timed Out
If you do not verify your bank information within 5 days, the bank verification will time out and cancel your advance request. We do this for security purposes to protect your information and royalties. Please note that when you are adding a new bank account you have 5 business days to complete the bank verification process before your request will be automatically cancelled. To receive your advance, please request the advance again, using the same steps as previously. You can also reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know what your micro-deposit totals were. With this information, we can manually verify your account, and the account will be available for you to select when you request an advance.
