If you're having issues with the "Request My Advance" button on your TuneCore portal, please try the following:
Different Internet Browser
If you are unable to load the "Request My Advance" page, you may be able to correct the issue by using a different Internet browser. Please sign in to your account using a different browser, and attempt the request once again.
In some cases, your Internet browser or security software my be preventing the application from appearing. Before hitting "Request My Advance", please ensure you do not have any pop-up blockers enabled on your browser. If they are enabled, please disable them and try the process once again. If you are unable to find where to disable these blockers, please attempt the process of hitting the button again, paying special attention to the top of your browser to see if there are any pop-up notifications appear. These may indicate whether the pop-up is being blocked or not.
