Changing Your 2FA Number
Your account security is incredibly important to us. In order to change your phone number for 2 Factor Authentication, we need to verify that you are the holder of the account in question. Please feel free to reach out to us at email@example.com in order to request this change. In order to process this request, please include the following information:
- Your current phone number you'd like 2FA texts to go to
- Your previous phone number where the 2FA texts are currently being sent
- Your account's primary email address
- Your physical address associated with your account
If we can verify that this is the correct information, we can process this change and re-send your verification text. If you are unable to remember the above information, or you are having continued issues with 2 Factor Authentication, please reach out to us via the email above and an associate can assist you.
