This issue is now resolved
Issue: TuneCore users who try to request an advance through Lyric Financial/Utopia Music will receive an error. The error shows up after clicking to agree to the terms for the advance.
Impact: All TuneCore users will receive an error when trying to request an advance. No users will be able to request an advance through the portal until the issue is resolved.

0:00 CT 13th Apr 2022 - Issue is resolved
9:30 AM CT - Ongoing work to resolve the issue
6:00 AM CT - Issue identified by Lyric engineering team
2:30 AM CT - Issue first reported
This document will be updated as work on the issue continues and when the issue is resolved.
