If you have an outstanding advance and enter the advance portal, you may see a page similar to below:
This page shows when your outstanding advances have not recouped enough for you to take another advance. The minimum advance is $250, so when your account recoups to this point, you will see the advance request flow again.
You may see that the difference between Original Advance Limit and Outstanding Advances is greater than $250. While this may seem to point to being eligible for an advance, the actual advance limit is slightly below this. If you reach out to our customer support team at email@example.com, we can confirm how close you are to being eligible for another advance.
