July 6 - For advances taken through the Lyric vATM/TuneCore Direct Advance, customers may not receive their advance payments within the window normally expected. We are currently experiencing a technical issue that is preventing payments from processing correctly. Our team is currently hard at work to correct the issue. As soon as the issue is corrected, this article will be updated. Also, in all related Zendesk tickets and emails, we will alert you of the updated payments, which you should then receive within 1-2 days of the correction.
