Resolution - August 26:
Recoupments from TuneCore through August 23 have posted to Lyric's account statements. TuneCore recoupments are now back on schedule, with recoupments posting weekly and Lyric's accounts posting 3-5 business days after TuneCore's.
Update - August 22:
Recoupments from August 4-5 have posted to Lyric's advance statements. Recoupments for August 11-12 are still in process as a result of the delay in the week before. Any status updates on that recoupment will be posted here as well.
Original Announcement:
August 15 - For advances taken through the Lyric vATM/TuneCore Direct Advance, TuneCore customers will see that the advance recoupments posted in TuneCore on August 4 and 5 do not yet show on their Lyric account statements. There is currently a delay from TuneCore in recoupment payment processing for advances. As soon as Lyric receives the recoupments, they will be posted to account statements. This article will be updated at that point, as will all related Zendesk tickets and emails. At that point, the recoupments will be visible immediately in your account statement.
This is only a delay in recoupments - all recoupments will still process as usual from TuneCore on existing advances, so you will not pay anything extra because of this issue. As a reminder, it is normal for recoupments to take 3-5 business days after posting in TuneCore to be processed and received by Lyric. This article refers only to the extended delay beyond normal.
