Issue: TuneCore users who try to request an advance through Lyric Financial/Utopia Music will not be able to access the service.
Impact: TuneCore users will receive an error on their browser when trying to request an advance.
Timeline:
3:30 AM CT - Issue first identified.
8:00 AM CT, October 17 - A fix was determined and work began implementing it.
11:00 AM CT, October 17 - Issue resolved. The error has been resolved and the service is now available to all users.
